기기에서 처리하고 저장하는 정보
사용자가 선택한 FCPXML, 미디어 파일, 라이브러리와 이벤트 정보는 동기화 분석과 결과 생성에 이 Mac에서 사용됩니다. 원본 미디어는 원래 위치에 남습니다. 앱은 선택한 폴더에 다시 접근할 수 있도록 보안 범위 책갈피를 이 Mac의 앱 설정에 저장하고, 언어 설정도 로컬에 저장합니다.
분석 과정에서 오디오 분석용 캐시와 작업별 FCPXML, 보고서, 전달 설정 파일이 이 Mac에 생성됩니다. 작업 결과는 앱의 공유 저장 공간에 보관되며, 앱의 결과 폴더 버튼으로 현재 작업 폴더를 열 수 있습니다. 이전 작업 결과는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 남을 수 있습니다. 이전 작업 폴더는 Finder에서 ~/Library/Group Containers/422K9MKDBN.com.moviecut-studio.FCPMultitudeClipSync.shared/Runs를 열어 확인하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. 오디오 분석 캐시는 macOS 앱 캐시 영역에 저장됩니다. 앱은 이 파일을 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
수집, 공유 및 추적
현재 앱은 계정 생성, 광고 추적, 분석 SDK 또는 개발자 서버로 데이터를 전송하는 기능을 사용하지 않습니다. App Store 개인정보 라벨에서 앱이 데이터를 수집하지 않는다고 표시했습니다. Apple, macOS 및 Final Cut Pro가 자체적으로 처리하는 정보에는 각 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다.
앱에서 수정·기능 요청을 선택하면 macOS가 기본 메일 앱에서 moviecut-studio@moviecut-studio.com으로 보낼 이메일 초안을 엽니다. 전송 여부와 이메일에 넣을 정보는 사용자가 결정합니다. 사용자가 이메일을 보내면 MOVIE CUT은 문의에 답변하기 위해 이메일에 포함된 정보를 처리하며, 메일 서비스 제공자도 해당 이메일을 처리할 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
미디어 분석과 결과 파일은 MOVIE CUT 서버로 전송되지 않고 이 Mac의 로컬 저장 공간에 남을 수 있습니다. 사용자는 결과 폴더 버튼 또는 위의 Finder 경로에서 작업 결과를 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, macOS 앱 캐시를 정리하면 오디오 분석 캐시를 제거할 수 있습니다. 선택 폴더에 대한 접근 권한은 앱의 로컬 설정에 보관됩니다. 사용자가 지원 문의 이메일에 개인정보를 포함해 보내면 문의 처리에 필요한 범위에서 이용하고, 문의가 종료된 날부터 최대 5년간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법령상 더 긴 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 자료를 분리하여 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다.

The app does not use accounts, advertising tracking, or an analytics SDK. File analysis runs locally. Your email app opens only if you choose to contact support.

FCP Multitude Clip Sync is a macOS app that synchronizes video and audio clips selected in Final Cut Pro using timecode, sound, the first marker, or In points. This policy describes information handled by the app itself.
Information processed and stored on your device
FCPXML, media, library, and event information that you select is used on this Mac to analyze synchronization and create results. Original media stays at its existing location. The app stores macOS security-scoped bookmarks in local app settings so it can access folders you selected again. Your language choice is also stored locally.
Analysis creates audio-analysis cache and job files such as FCPXML, reports, and handoff settings on this Mac. Results are kept in the app’s shared storage. Use the app’s Result Folder button to open the current job folder. Earlier job results may remain until you delete them. You can review and delete earlier job folders in Finder at ~/Library/Group Containers/422K9MKDBN.com.moviecut-studio.FCPMultitudeClipSync.shared/Runs. Audio-analysis cache is stored in the macOS app cache area. The app does not send these files to a developer server.
Collection, sharing, and tracking
The current app does not use account creation, advertising tracking, an analytics SDK, or a feature that transmits data to a developer server. The App Store privacy label states that the app does not collect data. Apple’s, macOS’s, and Final Cut Pro’s own processing is governed by their respective policies.
If you select Feature Request, macOS opens an email draft in your default mail app addressed to moviecut-studio@moviecut-studio.com. You choose whether to send it and what to include. If you send an email, MOVIE CUT processes the information in it to respond to your inquiry, and your email service provider may also process it.
Retention and deletion
Media-analysis and result files are not sent to MOVIE CUT servers and may remain in local storage on this Mac. You can delete job results with the Result Folder button or through the Finder path above. Clearing the macOS app cache removes audio-analysis cache. Saved access permissions for selected folders remain in the app’s local settings. If you include personal information in a support email, MOVIE CUT uses it only to handle the inquiry and retains it for up to five years after the inquiry is closed, then deletes it. Information that must be kept longer by law is stored separately for the required period.

収集・共有・トラッキング
現在のアプリは、アカウント作成、広告トラッキング、分析SDK、開発者サーバーへのデータ送信機能を使用していません。App Storeのプライバシーラベルでは、アプリはデータを収集しないと表示しています。Apple、macOS、Final Cut Proによる処理には、それぞれのポリシーが適用されます。
アプリで機能リクエストを選ぶと、macOSがデフォルトのメールアプリで moviecut-studio@moviecut-studio.com 宛ての下書きを開きます。送信するかどうか、何を記載するかはユーザーが決めます。メールを送信した場合、MOVIE CUTは問い合わせへの回答のためにその情報を取り扱い、メールサービス提供者もメールを処理する場合があります。
保存期間と削除
メディア分析ファイルと結果ファイルはMOVIE CUTのサーバーへ送信されず、このMacのローカルストレージに残る場合があります。結果フォルダボタンまたは上記のFinderパスからジョブ結果を削除できます。macOSアプリのキャッシュを消去すると、音声分析キャッシュを削除できます。選択したフォルダへのアクセス権限はアプリのローカル設定に保存されます。サポートメールに個人情報を記載して送信した場合、MOVIE CUTは問い合わせ対応に必要な範囲で利用し、問い合わせ終了日から最長5年間保存した後、削除します。法令によりそれ以上の保存が必要な情報は、必要な期間だけ分離して保存します。
